Indian Shores, found along the Gulf of Mexico just west of St. Petersburg and Tampa, is home
to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, a non-profit agency dedicated to the care and release of
injured birds native to the Gulf Coast. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is the largest wild bird
hospital and bird sanctuary in the  United States. The link to the Sanctuary:
Indian Shores is located on a barrier island within the West Coast
of Florida, the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Upon the West side of Gulf
Blvd are the sandy beaches and a conglomeration of beach cottages
& luxury condo's. The Eastern side of Indian Shores features frontage
on the Intracoastal Waterway. There's many waterfront condo's,
townhouses, and a selection of single family homes East of Gulf Blvd,
most with boat docking facilities. Indian Shores homeowners include
young families, empty nesters, northern snowbirds, and active retirees.

If you are thinking of purchasing a home with an inviting comfortable
feel that's smack-dab on the beach, then you might just belong in one
of the chic beach-front homes with the amenities you expect and the
tranquility you deserve. Give us a call. Richard and/or one of his
group welcome the pleasure to assist in helping you find the home of
your dreams.
